I think the biggest mistake a lot of people make is thinking that our unalienable rights include “happiness,” when in fact the Declaration of Independence only secures us the right to “Life, liberty, and the PURSUIT OF happiness.”
It’s not the government’s job (or anybody else’s, for that matter) to keep you happy. You have to do that for yourself. Get it right, assholes.
